Dr. Dev’s interest in dentistry was stimulated at a young age by his sister who is a dentist.
Shadowing at her office allowed me to observe the dynamic duo of art and science in dentistry.
Originally from Sacramento, California, Dr. Dev moved to Southern California to pursue the DDS program at the prestigious Loma Linda University.
Dr. Dev is especially skilled in Implant, root canal treatments, and the installation and repair of fixed dental appliances, such as crowns and bridges. His preferred use of digital technology for the preparation and installation of dental prosthetics helps him create comfortable and fully functional restorations.
Dr. Dev continually studies the publications of the dental field to improve his skills and techniques in dentistry. Likewise, he has contributed to reports for scientific journals, demonstrating his expertise in dental research. Always seeking to grow in his abilities and skills, he is regularly involved with various continuing education programs.

I was a virtual stranger to the office until yesterday when I broke a tooth while here on vacation. From the moment I rang, my experience was exemplary. They took me in right away and after X-rays and consultation, Dr. Dev pulled the tooth. Now I’ll get an implant back home, but wish I could do it here. Dr. Dev is a sweetheart as is everyone in the office. I was well informed to make a decision and so glad I did. It was with great luck and serendipity that I ended up at this office. Now I have a wonderful dental team in Palm Springs! Many thanks to the staff for getting me in and many thanks to Dr. Dev for performing the extraction immediately and perfectly. I’ll be back!
Referred by another patient, so entered expecting a positive experience. The staff, facility and, especially Dr Dev all were stellar. The equipment appeared state-of-the-art and I never experienced a more complete set of x-rays. It felt encouraging that the dentist himself would be as thorough. And he was. All issues and options were explained clearly and without rushing thru. As a result I left feeling confident about the plan and happy with my new dental office.
DR. Dev is AMAZING!!!!!! I wrote this in caps because I can't tell you how grateful I am to Dr. Dev and team over at Tahquitz Dental Group! they helped my son who was in extreme tooth pain. I called the emergency number and Dr Dev answered personally! he was concerned and gracious, so helpful at getting my son in on the same day and took great care of him! fixed his tooth got him out of pain.. and I just can't say enough good things about this practice!! just the best !!! . Since Dr. Dev took over the practice it's a whole new experience! He's kind and caring, and a recent enough graduate that he's got a great understanding of the latest practices and procedures. Dr. Dev did a molar extraction and an implant for me, and I was super impressed with his patience and precision. His dental assistants are competent and compassionate as well. Jennifer and Martha give the "business end" a whole different feel as well. I always feel welcome and like part of the family when I walk in the office. Highly recommend Tahquitz Dental and Dr. Dev!
Pleased New Patient! I requested an appointment online, and was called promptly in the morning by Martha. She was great on the phone and helpful while I was there for my appointment. Doctor Dev was just awesome. Easy to speak with, and personable. He and his staff were very accommodating, and I felt like I was in good hands during treatment with him. Office was clean, with the latest technology. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Dev and his staff are the most professional office I've used. I've had a good amount of work done there. In addition to regular cleanings and checkups, I had an implant and an old crown replaced. I thought my implant would be painful. The only thing that hurt was my jaw from holding my mouth open! Every staff member was friendly and made everything easy for me, from scheduling a last minute appointment to laying out my options for treatment. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had my first dental exam appointment with Tahquitz Dental Group, and I was very pleased with the process & staff. Their X-ray procedure is quick and painless, which I appreciated. Dr Dev gave me an assessment of my teeth with recommendations of work that should be completed. Amanda did my cleaning next. She did a wonderful job and offered helpful directives for a healthier smile. I was impressed with the setup, and ALL of the staff members were wonderful. I highly recommend Tahquitz Dental Group.
